One Year Home Warranty Inspection
If you purchased a new home, the builder warranty may expire on the one or two year anniversary. A Home Warranty inspection provides you with an objective opinion of defects or deficiencies that may need to be corrected while the builder is still obligated to repair them. We will inspect your home and provide a thorough and detailed report, including photographs from which you can develop a “punch list” or job order for your builder.
Completed Repairs Inspection
Sometimes a buyer or a homeowner wants to know if repairs by a contractor or builder were performed in a workman-like manner with acceptable materials. Some buyers may live out of the area and want confirmation that repairs requested of the seller and/or builder have been completed according to industry standards. We can inspect their work and provide a professional analysis of it.
Advocate for Resolving Builder Disputes
What can you do if you and your builder or contractor reach an impasse concerning work at the property? One inexpensive but efficient approach is an advocate who will look out for your best interests. PRO Home Inspection & Claims Service, Inc. can put their knowledge and experience to work for you by bringing disputes to a fair and equitable resolution while seeking to maintain a good working relationship between you and your builder or contractor.

We can provide an objective analysis and evaluation. We won't be performing the work ourselves and we’re not part of a construction company, you can be assured you will receive a fair assessment of your home’s current condition so you will know what really needs to be done.
